Getting creative with volunteer recruitment

I’ve been thinking about new ways to engage potential volunteers in our community. Recently, we tried hosting a fun, interactive information session at our local park, complete with games and an overview of upcoming projects. Not only did it draw a crowd, but it also sparked some genuine conversations. I’d love to hear what unique strategies others have found effective in attracting volunteers.

, finding fresh ways to pull in volunteers can drive me nuts! We once set up a local scavenger hunt that incorporated our projects, and it got people talking while having fun. Plus, it didn’t cost much, just some prizes and snack donations.
