In my experience, focusing on real-world scenario training can be incredibly beneficial. For example, last year we had a role-play session for outreach strategies, and it really helped us identify gaps in our approach. It might be worth incorporating some hands-on activities into your workshop next month to keep everyone engaged.
One thing I’ve found helpful is incorporating feedback sessions after each training… For example, during our last workshop, we allocated 15 minutes for everyone to share what worked and what didn’t, and it led to some great insights. @w_knight99, maybe we can add this to the agenda to help tweak our outreach strategies?
I completely agree that ongoing training is crucial. I’ve found that including a segment on digital outreach tools can really boost our effectiveness. Just last month, we introduced some new social media strategies that significantly increased our reach.
